Sodick to Demonstrate Revolutionary Injection Moulding Machine at K

At K 2022, Sodick Europe will be demonstrating the 30-tonne hydraulic hybrid GL30 injection moulding machine - equipped with Sodick’s unique V-LINEÒ technology - ideally suited to the production of very small, complex, high precision, high value-added products, for example in the medical, electronic, and precision instrumentation sectors. On the stand the GL30 will be moulding 28-pin 0.35mm pitch micro connectors.

Model railway manufacturer fast-tracks another EDM machine

Devon-based Peco, which supplies its products to model shops across the UK and around the world, is about to enhance its toolroom with the addition of a Sodick ALC400G ‘i Groove edition’ wire-erosion machine from Sodi-Tech EDM. It will join three existing Sodick machines on site.

Sodick announces patented new technology for its ALC Wire cut EDM range.

Sodick is delighted to announce the new ALC i Groove edition - a range of innovative technology that will be standard for Sodick ALC400 and ALC600 category wire machines.  These i Groove developments have been driven by Sodick’s three “concepts of I”: Innovation, Intelligence and Initiative.

All models in the ALC400 and ALC600 range will be equipped with Sodick’s new, patented wire rotation mechanism, together with significantly improved Stepcut technology and a number of increased automation facilities, as well as larger dielectric tanks.

Sodick Europe Invests in New Hybrid Cars Demonstrating its Green Credentials

Proving that its belief in “green” technologies extends into every aspect of the Sodick organisation, Sodick Europe has just taken delivery of seven new BMW Hybrid cars at its HQ in Warwick.  This investment is in addition to three electric/hybrid cars purchased since the Covid-19 lockdown, which joined a further four that were already part of the fleet.
