VZ300L
Sodick offers the VZ300L as an entry in the Linear wire EDM world. The VZ machine, regardless of its entry price, is equipped with linear motors and a 10-year accuracy guarantee as standard. The machine achieves outstanding levels of accuracy and cutting speeds comparable to High End Sodick EDM models.
Standard features include a large worktank with vertical access door, high performance LN2W generator for optimum speed and surface finish. The result – a versatile, high performance machine capable of a wide variety of applications. The LN2W generator is a standard feature of the VZ300L, working in conjunction with K-SMC, the very latest Sodick Motion Control technology for linear motors, to control the axis motion and continually monitor and optimize the spark gap more than 500 times per second.
