With the free Sodick App, you can directly access more than 20 Sodick dealers and distributors, find the location and dates of major exhibitions and Open Houses where Sodick products will be demonstrated, as well as view information on the latest product updates and business news.

Will Sodick iPhone App drain my iPhonebattery quickly?
No, no faster than any other app that uses iOS Location Services. The use of Location Services within the app is extremely minimal and no increase in battery drain has been reported.
The Dealer Map is not displaying
You might find that you either have a very poor data connection to the Internet or you don't have a data signal, if you are using your device abroad, you'll need to enable Data Roaming if you want to use the map without a WiFi connection.
My emails are not sending
Email sent from the Sodick app is handled by the device's Mail app. If you have problems sending mail, you might need to check your settings, signal strength and data roaming. Any unsent mail from the Sodick app is stored in Mail's Outbox until it can be sent.
A weblink is not working
You need an Internet connection in order to look at the web and the Sodick app uses Safari to view any web links. If you find that you can't connect to a link,you will need to ensure that you have a mobile data or WiFi signal.
WishList
The aim of the WishList is to enable us to improve our App, by giving you the user the opportunity to tell us, directly, what improvements you would like to see, what new items or functions you would like included.
Known Issues and Bugs
Unfortunately, software isn't always as perfect as we'd like it to be, so in this area we list the bugs that we are aware of, any workarounds available and what we are doing to fix the problem.
If you experience a problem and it is not listed here, then we would like to know about it. Once we receive a fault report and we confirm the problem, we will addit to this part of the guide.
ChangeLog
This is where you will find out what has changed over time as Sodick's iphone App develops.
Each update to the application will include changes, but you will not have to do anything to get new updates as they will be delivered through the App Store.
